Louisville Kentucky Real Estate

A question has been post by CEO of Real Estate Webmasters. He is wondering who will sell his property faster, his powerful website or the local realtors. I can speak for the movement of Louisville Kentucky real estate and say that my money will be going towards the local Louisville Kentucky Realtors. Yes, his real estate website will ultimately reach more people, but his philosophy is flawed.

Initially, when the property is listed for sale in the MLS service, there are 1,000's of buyers ready and willing to purchase a home. Instantly, there is a mass interest in the listed property from all of the working realtors that belong to the local MLS. When the listed is posted on the internet, it will get casual traffic and unique visitors daily, but not the type of buyers produced in the first week of it being listed on the local MLS service. So, this is my thought. If the property recenlty listed does not sell within the first month, chances are, it will be sold via the internet. If the piece of Campbellsville Kentucky Real Estate is sold within the first month of it being listed, then chances are it will be sold by a local realtor.
